MAIDA

Maida, also known as all-purpose flour, is a finely milled, refined wheat flour. It's made by removing the bran and germ from wheat grains, leaving behind the endosperm, which is high in starch. This refining process results in a lighter, smoother texture and color compared to whole wheat flour (atta).
